Great customer service throughout the purchase and delivery process. Vehicle was purchased at distance without viewing first. Garage followed up after 2 weeks to check everything is ok with vehicle. Never had this from a garage before, so was reassuring. Thankfully not experienced any problems with the vehicle that have needed any after care, which is where most garages let themselves down. So cannot comment on after care, if you have problems with your vehicle.

After spending two gruelling weeks trying to source a reliable second car from various dealers, we finally found Benedicts' website. Although a bit further away than we wished for, their car range and website prompted to visit them. What a shame that we did not find them two weeks earlier!The car was in very condition, as described, with full service history, 12 month MOT, recently serviced, valeted and ready to drive off the forecourt. Ben was very professional and answered all our questions without any sales pressure and finally after a test drive with him, my wife and I decided it was the car for us.It was late in the day to organise insurance, so we picked the car up the next morning when George was also very helpful, talking us through the controls and setting the SatNav for our drive home. All in all a very good experience and we cannot rate them highly enough.

It is with unreserved appreciation I write this to you. I first contacted Benedicts last year enquiring about a WAV vehicle. After studying the online description & video, I was invited to personally view the car as well as take it for a test drive. I met both Ben & George & was blown away with their friendly yet professional manner. The vehicle was in magnificent condition and resulted in me immediately purchasing it. I drove away a very happy man.
Come February & my personal needs had changed so I did not hesitate to contact George again. He immediately responded in such a warm & caring way. I was looking for a part exchange of my previous WAV vehicle & was quite nervous as I had been informed that it would be difficult to sell. Not true as George & Ben accepted my car as part exchange and provided me with my dream car, which was delivered to my door yesterday. Wow!

I bought a Hyundai IX20 from George at Benedicts of Bristol. After not buying a car for 10+ years, I was incredibly nervous about spending a large amount of money on a new car. However, after speaking to George, he made me feel at complete ease and did not feel pressured at all (how you might feel at other car dealerships!). I cannot recommend enough Benedicts of Bristol as being a single woman is very daunting when buying a new car. But you do not need to feel this way at Benedicts, it was safe, easy and I pulled away felling 100% happy with the service I had! I can't thank you all enough!

All round good experience , the cars are very well prepared this is what sold the car to me the attention to detail, salesman was knowledgable enough but wanted to accompany me and my partner on the test drive, which I am not keen on personally but I am sure there is a good reason for this, after buying the car I was a little disappointed as there was no token gesture of Maybee some car cleaning products for the interior, for me buying and selling is a two way street we both need to feel appreciated but a key ring ! Now the good points the car is great and I would still return to Buy my next car and recommend , thank you

They got back to me on every enquiry I had about the car ( E Class convertible) very promptly and even sent a good quality personal video. When I arrived for my test drive they were very efficient with the covid 19 safety aspect and the distancing.I took the car on a solo test drive and was very pleased with the drive. I dealt with two members of staff and they could not do enough for me. All the paper work was carried out that day so I could drive away within a few hours in my new car. Within four days I booked the car into a Mercedes Benz main dealer just to give it an inspection for my own peace of mind and they commented that it was a superb example of that model, and it had no faults. My new Mazda from Benedicts is luverly. The staff at Benedicts are great too. Buy your next car from them. They will change your perception of car dealers. All of the online dealers price match by the hour these days. So if it's cheaper from a car megamarket it will not be as nice as the example on offer from Benedicts. The car will have been hand picked. They will phone you back and answer all your questions probably while standing over the actual vehicle. Not just reading from the computer and the same photos that you have already seen. They won't charge you an admin fee but they will stay open for an extra hour while they sort all your paperwork for you.

The friendliest most easygoing dealer I have been to and I have been to a few. The staff (even those not dealing with me) would share a joke. They all seemed happy and there was no-one hovering which is a turn off. It was almost a pleasure to be relieved of my money. Very well done everyone 5 stars.

Called in to see a car advertised on AutoTrader as let down by another dealer in Bristol. Sales team were friendly and welcoming and offered a test drive. The car was great and we did a deal that suited both parties. There was help to insure, tax and check all vehicle details so it could be driven home when we left. No hard sales and well presented vehicles so would recommend to anyone. Only had car for a week but all is well so far.

Good information on the website, easy directions to the garage. made welcome on arrival, no pressure selling. Followed up on after sales issue effectively. Car has been great, very pleased. Only negative is that I needed to put two new tyres on within a few weeks, should have checked them at the time of sale. Overall though, everything fine, good communication and dealt with fairly.

Very relaxed, friendly atmosphere, plenty of choice, all under cover, I already knew what I wanted so they drove the car outside so I could get a proper look and a test drive.
Cars are presented very well and sales staff are very informative.
I will definitely return when I need to upgrade.

Exceptional Service From All At Benedict
I have to say I felt the level of service given at Benedicts is excellent. My partner and I were at the show room for over 4 and a half hours, looking at cars, test driving and sorting finance but they were extreamly hepful the whole time we were there and we both left extreamly happy in our new car. We were assisted by every single member of staff while we were there and each of them were exceptioanlly friendly in their own way. I would highly recommend the guys here and will without a doubt be going back here in future for our next car.

The staff at Benedicts were really a pleasure to do business with. They are very welcoming and can't do enough for you the car I bought was in very good condition and really clean when I went to look at it. I flew down from Aberdeen and was picked up by a very friendly driver and he informed me that Benedicts was a great place to work. The sales staff were very knowledgeable about the car which made it a easy transaction. Would recommend Benedicts to anyone if they have what your looking for but if not contact them and they will try and find it for you.
